The Project and People
The "Italian Real Estate Ecosystem" project emerged as a natural evolution of the various consulting fields the founders had been engaged in—from law and legal advice to taxation and real estate brokerage.

We realized that only through deep collaboration with trusted Italian partners, tested in various situations, could we organize 360-degree support for foreign private investors interested in investing in Italian real estate.

It doesn’t matter whether you are buying a home for yourself to visit Italy once a year for vacation, whether you are an experienced owner of a global B&B network, or whether you are considering flipping property or implementing a personal development project—to us, you are an equally important figure: a real estate investor.

We have gathered around us top-tier experts—realtors, consultants, architects, and builders. In addition, we work with immigration advisors and tax specialists capable of working with foreign clients and interested in such collaboration—those for whom the world does not end at the horizon visible from their own window.

    Founder - Legal & Tax Advisor

    Founder of Legalbridge, an italian consulting bureau (established 2023), which offers specialized counsel in real estate investments and international tax planning.

    Till 2022 to 2024 was a Co-partner at an traditional Italian real estate agency in Borso del Grappa (TV). From 2024 onward: Independent real estate consultant in Italy.


    Academic Background: lecturer at the Russian State University of Justice (2015–2021), where he focused on educating future lawyers in public law and municipalities.


    Over two decades of hands-on experience in international real estate and cross-border taxation. His practice encompasses transaction structuring, ownership lifecycle management, and dedicated advisory services for both corporate entities and private individuals.

    PhD in Law, Founder - Legal & Tax Advisor
    Associate Professor, international expert in financial, tax, and budgetary law.

    Associate Professor at the Department of Public Law at HSE University and Associate Professor at the Department of Legal Support for Public Finance at the Russian State University of Justice.

    Leading Researcher in the Department of Financial, Tax, and Budgetary Legislation at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation.

    She has over twenty years of experience in scientific and teaching work in the field of public finance, as well as practical experience in providing legal support to financial institutions.
